if i can understand the midi controller, then i can take the actually music from a gameboy and import it to my computer, or NES, so i can take samples from a game and assign the sound to my keyboard. that or get loops, and just mess around with the 8-bit sounds.
but yeah iono , kalo proly doesnt come on much..
oh ya a question voodoo, to get the actual sound from my minikorg, it has to be recorded with quarter inch cables right? not MIDI?

Mini-Korg? is that like a chaos pad or something? and if you mean quarter inch jack cables, yeah it's possible to record through them depending on what your plugging them into, you might need a cable to convert them to phono to get them through your mixer. But if the Korg is midi compatible then it should be possible to record with that.

my bad, i was trying to firgure out what a midi controller was. haha and i meant micro-korg. and i wish i had enough money for a Korg EMX-1 and a Kaos pad 3
i have a gameboy that has a 1/8 output with a program/cartridge called LSDJ, basically a synth within a gameboy, 4 track type deal... drums, noise, 2 melodies.
i wanted it to go through the MIDI, but its like only audio im pretty sure that was my bad.
i have a MOTU 8 pre-8 with Logic 8 studio.
