I tried this last night, worked OK. There's an invisible "wall" inbetween me and the portal sometimes, so I have to jump through more than just walk through. Also there's an annoying glow/cloud that they mention, but whatever.. still pretty cool.

Hmmm, now I need to get Orange Box for the PC aswell... but how to get it cheaply?
Since I have allready got it for the Xbox360, I don't want to buy it twice...

I'm not sure how you can get it illegally and avoid Steam. I'm doubting you can...

Not that I'm advocating doing anything illegal and all , but...
I tried looking up the steamless CS project I've used before, but I don't think they support orange box yet. I did some poking around and saw this:
