Yesterday I noticed that I am  a level 4 admin on j o y r e x ip 69.169.130.11:27960.
I dont have the foggiest idea of what the admin commands are.
Can some one list all the admin levels and the commands that they can use.

Hahhaa!

Do !help and !listcmds and look at your console.  Both of those together should give you a list of what you can do.  I don't have time right now, but maybe tomorrow I can create a proper list of all the commands and levels.  IIRC (and it's been a while), lvl4 is the standard "play" level, which lets you turn on/off certain things [homing panzers, venom, etc], move bots around.. stuff like that.

Here is a list of commands showing for me ingame and I have a few questions.

!listcmds

Level 0: !beer !bye !chat31 !chat32 !coke !cycle !fortune !gpstats !gstats !hi !me !on31 !on32 !onof !pfstinks
!pizza !pstats !putmespec !seen !server_uptime !server_record !stats !tkindex !vote

Level 1: !brb !owned !putmeallies !putmeaxis !pwned !whoami

Level 2: !mutespecs !putalllies !putaxis !putspec !speclock !specunlock !unmutespec

Level 3: !allready !cp !finger !kickbot !make0 !make1 !make2 !map_restart !maprestart !qsay !shuffle_norestart
!shuffle_teams !shuffleteamsxp_norestart !start !unban

Level 4: !doublejumpoff !doublejumpon !kickbot !listcampaigns !timelimit

!help

time kick put listplayers mute unmute showbans help admintest spec999 shuffle resetmyxp uptime guidedon guidedoff
venomon venomoff spawnon spawnoff homingon homingoff cameraon cameraoff chargeon normalsettings maxbots minbots
putbotsaxis putbotsallies ffon ffoff kickallbots fixcycle putteam nobots normalbots baserace

what is the difference between  !map_restart and !maprestart
also no ban command is listed for levels 0 to 4 yet there is an unban command for level 3, why would you let a level 3 unban some one baned by a level 5 or higher.
and am I corect in thinking that a command made by a lower level wont work on a higher level like say a level 2 uses the !putaxis on a level4 that is playing as allies.

Ahhh yeah.. I forgot I said I'd make a list.  I'm sorry.  I'll try to answer the questions...

what is the difference between  !map_restart and !maprestart

I believe they do the same thing.  They're there twice because we have two different systems that process commands (NQ itself, and ETAdmin Mod).

also no ban command is listed for levels 0 to 4 yet there is an unban command for level 3, why would you let a level 3 unban some one baned by a level 5 or higher.

Yeah, that's just an oversight on my part when I set it up years and years ago.

and am I corect in thinking that a command made by a lower level wont work on a higher level like say a level 2 uses the !putaxis on a level4 that is playing as allies.

Yes, I believe the higher levels are protected, normally.
